2 years 83 days

I am getting tired as the due date for Sung Hoon is getting closer. I feel bad that we cannot go out on more adventures in the mornings. One of the main excuses has been that it's been too hot. But we managed to go to the park and the market earlier this week.

I was almost moved to tears as we stepped out of our apartment today. You were wearing my sunglasses, the one with the studs on the sides, and you held out your hand for me to hold as we walked down the steps. I couldn't believe how much your hand had grown and how it fit so snug in my palm. Then you pushed the sunglasses up to your forehead and told me "too hot". You jumped off the last step as usual yelling "legobort power ranger!" and wanted to look for the baby lizard and catch him. I told you he was out eating lunch.

I took a short nap in the morning. You were lying with me most of the time rubbing my eyebrows but I was so tired I got really annoyed. I finally fell asleep for about 30 min. When I woke up, you rewarded me with a poopy diaper. You pooped so much, some of it leaked out through the side. Thanks. However! You did pee in the mcqueen potty for the first time at home today!! We were so excited and happy.

I have a scab on my forehead. You looked at it this morning and told me you gave me the "ah-ya" from throwing the Corduroy book at me.

Your dad and I are talking about when to start sending you to preschool full time. I am not ready to let you go. Then we wouldn't get to spend much time together since I end work late. So I am feeling a little torn. I don't know if it's being selfish by keeping you at home when you could be learning at school but at that the same time we only have a few weeks to spend together before Sung Hoon comes. And also because I am getting more tired these days. You moved up to a new class at school! I think you really like Lisa teacher and the new things you are learning in class. I have a feeling you especially like playing in the big play ground.

End of June - We traveled to Chicago and Yellowstone.
July - Mom was busy with work.
